Returns/refunds or cancellations are acceptable for this item however, the follow stipulations apply: contact us within ten (10) days of delivery. Returns/Refunds: once items are returned to Sparkles of Raine within 30 days of delivery and item is in its original condition, the refund will be sent through the same method of payment that was originally made through. Cancellations: must be made within three (3) days from purchase date. Please Note: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is financially responsible for any loss in value.
