Returns/refunds or cancellations are acceptable for this item however, the follow stipulations apply: contact us within ten (10) days of delivery. Returns/Refunds: once items are returned to Sparkles of Raine in its originally received condition, the refund will be sent through the same method of payment that was originally made. Cancellations: must be made within three (3) days from purchase date. Please Note: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is financially responsible for any loss in value.
